Het privacy-beleid is van toepassing op alle Dienstverlening die Mijnbedrijfook aanbiedt op internet en via apps. Mijnbedrijfook ("ons", "we", of "onze") beheert de https://ookmijnbedrijf.nl website en de Ookmijnbedrijf mobiele applicatie (de "Service").
Deze pagina informeert u over ons beleid op gebied van het verzamelen, het gebruik en publicatie van Persoonlijke Informatie, wanneer u onze Service gebruikt.
We zullen uw informatie niet gebruiken, of met iemand delen, uitgezonderd zoals beschreven in dit Privacy-beleid.

Van consumenten gebruiken wij: naam, email, adres, telefoonnummer.
Voor schadeformulieren gebruiken wij: van bestuurder A en B, email, naam, telefoonnummer, in bezit rijbewijs, adres, of voertuig eigen, lease of gehuurd is, soort voertuig, kentekennummer, verzekeraar, polis nr, situatie schade. Van getuigen naam, telefoonnummer. Tijd, datum adres waar het is gebeurd. Schademelders kunnen zelf het formulier verwijderen.
Gegevens worden zo lang bewaard, als de wet voorschrijft.
Gebruikers kunnen gegevens inzien, corrigeren, exporteren en verwijderen.
We kunnen ook informatie verzamelen die uw browser zendt telkens wanneer u onze Service bezoekt of wanneer u verbinding maakt met de Service via een mobiel apparaat ("Log Data").
Deze Log Data kunnen informatie bevatten zoals het Internetprotocol ("IP") adres van uw computer, browser type, browser versie, de pagina's van onze Service die u bezoekt, het tijdstip en de datum van uw bezoek, de tijd die u doorbrengt op die pagina's en andere statistieken.

Webshop maken gebruik van Mollie betaaldienst en van paypal. Indien u een betaling verricht met deze services gaat u akkoord met de voorwaarden van deze diensten.
Mijnbedrijfook gebruikt remarketing-diensten om op websites van derden aan u te adverteren nadat u onze Service heeft bezocht. Wij, en onze externe leveranciers, gebruiken cookies om onze ads te informeren te optimaliseren en te presenteren op basis van uw eerdere bezoeken aan onze Service.

From whitness name and phone number, Time, date and address of accident. Drivers can easily remove the reportforms.
Data is as long saved as needed by law.
Users can check their data, edit, export and delete.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Log Data").
